The name "Fantastic 3" comes from something deeply personal: my three sons. They are my inspiration and the heart of everything I do. When I began this journey, it wasn't just about creating a business, it was about making a difference for them and for the future. Their presence in my life reminded me every day of the importance of creating a world where everyone can thrive, be heard, and feel valued. 

What started many years ago as a personal commitment to learning about equity and inclusion, grew into a passion to create lasting, meaningful change. The more I learned and grew in the work, the more connected I became to the impact I could have - both for individuals and for organizations. 

The mission behind Fantastic 3 has always been clear, and that is to leave the world of work better than I found it. It's about building environments where people can lead with purpose, where teams are inclusive, and where everyone is empowered to be their authentic selves.
